Why we cap the ratio
Eight trucks per dispatcher, not thirty
A dispatcher juggling thirty trucks takes the first load that covers the truck. At eight, they have time to call four brokers, compare, and push back on a bad rate. It costs us more people per truck and that is the point.
Every driver gets a named primary and a named backup dispatcher
Dispatchers specialize by equipment, so nobody is guessing about tarps or reefer set points
Nobody on our floor is paid on load volume, so there is no reason to book you cheap freight
How we work
Three rules we do not bend

No forced dispatch
You can turn down any load for any reason. We will not put it on your record or bury you in cheap freight for saying no.

You see the rate con
Every rate confirmation goes to you before it is signed. Our percentage comes off the line haul you can read.

Leave with 30 days notice
No long contracts, no exit fee. If we are not making you money, you should not be paying us.
