What you stop doing

Load boards eat your evenings. We do that part.

Most drivers we talk to spend two or three hours a day refreshing a board, calling brokers who already covered the load, and chasing rate confirmations. Here is what changes when a dispatcher owns that work.

01

Loads that fit your truck

Tell us your equipment, your home time, and the lanes you like. We book against that, not against whatever pays the broker best.

02

Rates we argue for

Our dispatchers know what a lane paid last week. They open at a number that reflects that and hold the line when a broker lowballs.

03

Paperwork off your dash

Rate cons, BOLs, lumper receipts, detention claims. We file it, chase it, and send your settlement packet clean to your factoring company.

Your dispatcher has a name and a direct line

You are not routed through a call center. Each driver is assigned one primary dispatcher and one backup, both working out of our Toole Avenue office in Missoula. They learn your truck, your preferred lanes, and the receivers you would rather never see again.

What owner-operators say after six months

“

I ran my own dispatch for four years. First month with LoadHaulPro my revenue went up about eleven hundred dollars and I got my Sundays back. That math is easy.

“

A receiver in Fresno held me eleven hours. My dispatcher had the detention claim filed before I left the yard and it got paid. That never happened when I was booking my own freight.

“

We went from nine trucks to fourteen without hiring an office person. They handle the broker setups and the paperwork, I handle the drivers.
